Ingredients:
200g Blue Oyster mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
30ml soy sauce
15ml oyster sauce
5ml honey
5ml sesame oil
20ml vegetable oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
Cooked rice or noodles
Method:
1: Heat 20ml of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2: Add 1 small sliced onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 sliced red bell pepper and 200g of sliced Blue Oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for about 15 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together 30ml soy sauce, 15ml oyster sauce, 5ml sesame oil, and 5ml honey. Pour this sauce over the Blue Oyster mushrooms and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
5. Serve the Blue Oyster mushroom stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
